Driveway landscaping (Gorleston-on-Sea, Norfolk) - After

A poorly laid block paving driveway can lead to problems in the future including blocks coming loose or even subsiding. In order to avoid this we lay all our brick weave paving on a concrete base to ensure that our driveways stand the test of time. In the case of this job, we used our machinery to fully excavate the driveway area, before bringing in a ready mix lorry to infill the area with concrete.

The blocks chosen by the customer for the new driveway were Rustic Alpha Antique brick weave paving blocks in a Charcoal Brick colour for the perimeter and Brindle for the main area. The blocks were three different sizes and have been laid in a random pattern design.

We reconstructed the wall using a more modern brick and coping stone, as well as re-asphalting the path to the road. Finally to complete the job we brought in and levelled off several tons of topsoil ready for the new lawn to be laid. We only use the finest quality turf from trusted reputable suppliers. We think you will agree it finishes off the garden nicely.
