Driveways that add value to your property

This week we would like to show you an example of our work to completely redesign and rebuild the front garden of a property in Norfolk. This work is an excellent example of how driveways can add a great deal of value to your property.

When we first attended the property the driveway was in concrete sections, that were starting to crack, and the front of the driveway had bushes on the property boundary. The client was looking to not only improve the aesthetic appeal of their property but to also create more parking. As the property benefits from a large rear garden the client did not need to keep any greenery at the front.

As usual here at Knights we completed the work to a very high specification, paying a great deal of attention to the detailing around the edge of the new driveway, where the drive meets the road, on drain covers and some feature areas the client requested to be built in. The client also asked us to tidy the front of the driveway by building a wall.

The client is very happy with our work and will be given a 12 year material and workmanship guarantee.
