Norfolk Trusted Trader Scheme

The Norfolk Trusted Trader scheme is an independent, not for profit organisation. The scheme is operated by Norfolk County Council Trading Standards Service and is a directory of service providers in various trade sectors, including landscaping. It is designed to help customers make informed choices, as well as helping older and vulnerable people remain safe and independent in their homes.

To become a Norfolk Trusted Trader member means complying with strict standards and undergo a series of background checks as part of the accreditation process. As a business you are assessed by your own customers through a survey system which is operated by Referenceline, designed to help consumers find trustworthy traders. With Norfolk Trusted Trader in place, it helps consumers avoid accepting work from 'rogue traders' and 'cold callers'.
