Our Garden Fence Installation Process

Posted on: 22/01/2015

If your fence is on its last legs due to the elements giving it a battering over the winter months then it could be time to invest in a new system. The best time to have a garden fence installed would be before the spring and summer months arrive is as this avoids ruining any plants or flowers that have been planted or already in bloom.

What we do

We see fencing as more than just a perimeter for your property but a frame to enclose your beautiful garden in. We are a skilled and experienced team of fencing contractors who pride ourselves on using a close board fencing which is a highly effective border for your garden.

Planning and designing your fence can become a bit tricky and confusing but as we are there from the word go; we can help you with your plans. We stick to a strict deadline and always deliver long lasting and attractive fences to our customers. During the installation process our contractors will always clear up at the end of every day and work with minimum disruption.

Our Process

Our fencing team uses an effective and trusted process to build your desired fence - Here is how we do it:

  • We dig a deep trench to form a solid foundation – this is necessary to maintain stability for the future
  • We then place concrete pillars and kickboard in which forms the basis of the construction, making sure there is a 6ft gap, giving the fence a strong and solid structure.

Close Board Fencing

As we mentioned earlier, we use a close board fencing which is made up of high quality materials ensuring that it can fight against the unpredictable elements we have in the UK. The timber we use in this type of fencing is tanalised, pressure treated as well as being treated for anti-fungal agents. These are held in place with rust proofed, zinc-galvanized fixings that run between the concrete posts at the end of each section.

Our guarantee

All of our fencing comes with a 12 year guarantee; this is the longest offered by any other fencing company in Norfolk. Due to our exceptional attention to detail and high level of workmanship, we can place a lot of faith into our fencing system. We are publically insured, giving you peace of mind when we are installing your fence.
