Our 5 Step Customer Service Pledge Tells You Exactly What to Expect

When you choose a paving and landscaping company to carry out work on your property, you have the right to know exactly what to expect from them at each stage of the process. With this in mind, we have developed a 5 step service pledge that our customers can refer to. Here’s what we promise:

1. Free Full Assessment. Company director Richard Knight will visit and discuss your ideas and budget. He will survey the work area and take measurements. 
   
2. Written Quotation. Within 48 hours of the initial survey, we will send you a full written quotation for the materials and labour to carry out the work.
   
3. Date Agreed. We will agree a mutually convenient date for the work to commence. If your plans change at any time before we start, we are only a phone call away and can provide you with a new quotation based on your altered plans.
   
4. Completion of Work. All Knight’s Paving and Landscaping staff wear branded uniforms and we employ no subcontractors. Work typically commences at 7.30am and we will leave a clean and tidy worksite at 4.30pm. We follow strict Health and Safety guidelines to the letter and we make sure there is minimal disruption for you and your family. 
   
5. Payment and Guarantee. We never ask for a deposit. Payment is on completion of the work, but we are happy to accept payment in instalments if you would prefer to spread the cost over a longer period of time. Our paving comes with a lifetime guarantee.
